About Toughness
Toughness formed in Puławy, Poland in early 2020. The group originated from a more experimentally-oriented band - Conveyor. First lineup consisted of Bartek Domański (guitar, vocals), Ziemowit Chalciński (bass guitar) and Damian Jaworski (drums). The guys' vision of music fitted into the genre of extreme metal, however with some less obvious additions (eg. guttural vocals, distinct sound of the bass guitar etc.). The ideas were developing quickly, most of the material intended for a longplaying record was composed in 2020.
