About The Cool Offs
The Cool Offs (Gene Ometrik & Slavic7) formed in early 2007. After working as a collective for over 10 years under the moniker of 8 Miles High Productions, the duo decided to change their creative direction. This led to a complete overhaul of their signature sound. In the fall of 2008 the group teamed up with vocalist Maggie Dawson to begin work on their debut feature album – “Romance Is Dead”. Designated as the first electronic pop concept album for the dance floor
