About The Birdkillers
Gary Claxton and Andrew Scaturro first teamed up in 1987, forming the San Francisco-based band, The BirdKillers. Signed to MCA Records in 1990, they recorded an album, which, though spectacular, was never released. Simply put, they were dropped. In around 1992 or so Gary moved to Nashville to become a country star and Andrew left the California music scene and landed in Louisiana.
