Classic psychedelic, extremely obscure, The Animated Egg feature catchy melodies and fuzzy guitars. Great example of what was "happening" in the late 60's. This was an "exploitation' record featuring the guitarist Jerry Cole and other studio musicians. These same tracks with string overdubs became 101 Strings "Astro Sounds" LP a little while later.
