About Sundown Circus
Sundown Circus is a three man band based in The Hague (The Netherlands). It was formed by guitar virtuoso Sijmen de Geus and bass monster Rai Kempees. After testing as many as 12 different drummers Sundown Circus found it’s final form with the arrival of drummer Bastiaan Bredius in 2005. The music of the band is heavily influenced by bands and artists such as Tool, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Jeff Buckley Band. But rock-pioneers like Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin are also considered to be great influences in Sundown Circus’s music.
