About Robert Shields
Shields were formed in the back-woods of South West Scotland - three young musicians all from the same rural community, with a passion to write and play music to move others. They enjoy indulging in the epic, and have always harboured the ambition to write ’enormous’ songs, both musically, taking great influence from orchestral arrangements, and of course, lyrically. Shields signed to PeerMusic Publishing, the worlds largest independant music publisher in 2006 over in Los Angeles.
