Public Disturbance (North Jersey) is one of countless others with the same name. However, they've managed to strive in the DIY Anarchist Hardcore/Punk scene of NY and NJ. Originally formed in 2003 (about 20 years after the Mutha Records Public Disturbance from the same state formed and disbanded) they sought to change the tide of trendy, meaningless, mindless, apathetic leeches who would later diminish the New Jersey "Punk" scene to what it is now. . . Nothing.
