Mr President aka Patchworks is another in a long line of producers who create under many pseudonyms: Uptown Funk Empire, The Dynamics or Metropolitan Jazz Affair. He, however, singularly delivers vintage soul and funk consistently. The multi-instrumentalist’s new album Number One will be released March 8th and after listening to The Best is Yet to Come (listen) and this album teaser (listen) I’m thinking this may make my top 10 for the first quarter.
