
Julie Atherton was born in Preston, Lancashire. She was quite a shy girl, and her family never expected her to persuit a career in Acting or Theatre. Julie later shocked them and proved them wrong when she finally admitted she would love to be involved in theatre, and asked her Mum to join a Drama School.
