
Chris Deschner was born on April 14th, 1952 in Erfurt, Germany. In 1957 he and his family moved to (West) Berlin, where he became a permanent resident. Before his debut album CHEROKEE MOON gained publicity by various record reviews, including the German Rolling Stone magazine (January '97), Chris Deschner has been renowned primarily as a session guitarist in Berlin's local music club scene. His versatility of styles has made him a perfect sideman on many occasions.
