Be More Chill was a 2015 musical, with music and lyrics written by Joe Iconis, book written by Joe Tracz and based on the original novel by Ned Vizzini. It features a junior in high school, Jeremy (portrayed by Will Connolly), as he undergoes a journey, attempting to become cool by aid of his Squip (Eric William Morris) and his best friend Michael Mell (George Salazar) and almost ending the world.
