air cargo road is the work of Darren Apfel, songwriter and musician from Seattle, WA. air cargo road's music is influenced by modern alternative rock bands (radiohead, UNKLE), trip-hop (Portishead), downtempo (Zero 7, Telepopmusik), and even a little bit of 70's progressve rock (Pink Floyd, early Genesis). Darren is currently looking for the right collaborator(s) in the seattle area: a guitarist/bassist and a female vocalist and would be even happier if all of those talents were held by one person.
